Remember the old song "Manic Monday"? Sometimes it seems like my to do list is longer than I am tall! It's been a busy day and I've still got a session with my trainer to look forward to this evening. (Patrice, if you're reading this, my arms were begging for mercy last week.) I know why they call her the "Boot Camp Lady"!
